  • Addressing difficult attitudes, dysfunctional behaviours and unproductive attitudes that keeps meeting from achieving their outcomes[5];

  • Stepping back as soon as you can support their continuous self-organisation;
  • Knowing when to interrupt the team;
  • Helping the team get quality interactions;
  • Delivering questions and challenges.
